I have been so excited to get to 8 weeks. I think because it means only one more month till we are out of the woods. I have been having some fun changes. I feel my belly getting harder. It is uncomfortable to bend over and put lots of pressure on it or lay on a hard surface belly down. Little things go a long way for me right now. In 2 weeks from today we get to go back to the doctor and hear the heartbeat. I think that will be pretty amazing. So excited for what is to come.
It was crazy today talking to a new mom about her birth last week and breastfeeding. Thinking wow that all sounds so amazing and then realizing that I am on that journey! I have spent so many years looking forward to this it is wild to think it is our reality.
