The other day when we went camping we were driving down the road and noticed a hawk flying next to us. We admired its beauty and size. The next thing we new the hawk dove right in front of the truck to eat a dead mouse on the road. The truck slammed right into it and the hawk went crashing into a ditch. We were so shocked and stunned that we started laughing in disbelief! We couldn't believe that we actually hit this hawk! So we drove back to see what we could see. This is what we saw...(first picture). We still couldn't believe it so we went back again and this is what we saw...(second picture). Resilient little hawk.
