Bear Sausage!

So Row, your Dad harvested a bear this last month and we have A LOT of meat to eat. I was pretty nervous about eating bear so we called in the master butcher Uncle Mike Jennings. He guided us through making bear sausage. We bought a ton of herbs and pulled all the spices from the kitchen, bought some beef to add and ground all the meat. Meanwhile, you played in your pool and had a blast. The sausage was a HUGE SUCCESS! I could not believe how good it is and I am excited to grind up the other 3/4 of the bear and make some more.
